IBM Z and IBM LinuxONE Partner Network (ZLPN) Documentation
The IBM Z and IBM LinuxONE Partner Network (ZLPN) is a collection of programs and resources that enable Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to develop and deploy products for IBM Z and IBM LinuxONE.
This site includes support documentation for the following ZLPN offerings:
-
The Validation Programs provide short-term, no-charge access to IBM z/OS, Linux on Z, and Red Hat OpenShift environments for the purposes of porting and testing applications for the IBM Z and IBM LinuxONE platform.
-
The IBM z/OS hosted on demand program for ISVs (HDISV) provides on-demand z/OS development and test environments for Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). Built on IBM Z hardware, HDISV delivers high-performance z/OS instances for software development, testing, and integration.
-
The Remote Development Program (ZRDP) provides remote access to a dedicated virtual guest system environments running generally available versions of z/OS, z/VM, and Linux on Z (RHEL, SLES, and Ubuntu) operating systems. The virtual guest system environments run in an IBM z/VM or KVM logical partition which provides a high level of system control and configuration independence within the environment.
-
The On-premises Development Program provides software discounts and loaned hardware capacity to qualifying ISVs who own and operate an IBM Z or IBM LinuxONE in an on-prem environment.
